Today we are starting a series of posts that highlight some of the businesses that will present at this year’s American Food Venture Forum.
Since this is the first in the series I thought it might be good to provide a short description of all of the companies, with future articles going in-depth on particular companies. I think you will find quite a variety in product categories, stage of development, investment sought and geography.
